Our Oakland-based team processes each order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We treat every order like a limited-edition drop—with meticulous care and attention.
5 What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:

STANDARD SHIPPING ($12.95): Powered by DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping.

FREE SHIPPING: Available on orders $50+ via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping.
6 Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to sneakerheads worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot ship to Asia and select remote regions. We’re working to expand our reach—stay tuned for updates.
7 Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Both shipping options include full tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow your package’s journey from our doors to yours.
