  • You have 15 days from the date you receive your order (as recorded by the carrier) to initiate a return or exchange.
  • All items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Please keep your original packaging and receipt.

To maintain the integrity of our products and our community, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any product altered specifically for you. (This is relevant as our menu includes specific colorways like “Bordeaux 6”, “Bright Blue Yeezy”, etc., which may be offered as custom prints).
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as “Final Sale” at purchase.
  • Worn, Washed, or Damaged Goods: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.

📝 Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. Use the template below to make it quick.
  2. Get Your RMA & Instructions: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 2 business days. Do not ship anything without an RMA.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original receipt/packing slip, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to our warehouse address provided in your instructions.
  4. Ship It Back: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective). We recommend using a trackable and insured service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). We’ll notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Timing

  • Refunds: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The timing for the funds to appear in your account depends on your original payment method and financial institution.
  • Exchanges: If the requested exchange item is in stock, we will ship it out within 1-2 business days of return approval. You will receive a new tracking number.

Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
