Service Area

We ship worldwide to the global sneaker community, excluding Asia and select remote regions as defined in our Shipping Policy. By ordering, you confirm your location is within our service area.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

Adding items to your cart doesn’t reserve them. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and we send an order confirmation email.

Pricing & Taxes

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax for US orders.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If an error is found, we’ll notify you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our goal is for you to love your gear. If something’s not right, here’s our policy—think of it as your 15-day try-on period. Full details are in our Returns Policy; here are the key terms:

Eligibility Window

You have 15 days from the carrier-recorded delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition Requirements

Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or Personalized Items (e.g., specific colorway prints made to order).
• Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase.
• Worn, washed, damaged, or tag-less items.

The Process & Costs

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days to get an RMA number.
2. Ship the item back to our warehouse (address provided with RMA).
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
4. Once inspected and approved (3-5 business days), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
